My first artwork in 2010 ^-^

Paku-Pakis Senja / 8th February 2010

I finished paint this artwork last nite... around 2am ++. After Arsenal lost to Chelsea. So disappointing. wahhh.... thats not in the story at all. Hehe.... i've got the idea when i saw "paku-pakis" (the plant) in one online magazine actually. Then, i start sketching in my journal and straightly on the canvas. i applied texture and paint it... the size of this canvas was 24x30 inch. Here the artwork in details:

Then, i create Lost in the maze the series for home deco.

Lost in the maze

i've created this series on 1st July 2009. i took 1 day to finish this painting. its easy to create actually just need your patient and time.

After that, i continue with my next. which is call Flora cells. Created on 6th July 2009.

Flora cells

Flora cells is very simple painting. i'm using bottle to create the cell. And paint the 'batik' or vector.

Lastly, i wanna try to do mix media painting. so, here my first trial. Butterfly cross the line!. It has been created on 2nd August 2009.

Butterfly cross the line!

2009 was the year of experimenting, try and error, and explore some new skills. I hope 2010 will bring me more great idea and skill improvement. cheers!
